  • Tacgearstore.com has been providing Condor Tactical Gear to military, law enforcement, security professionals and individual enthusiasts nationwide since 2007. As a factory authorized wholesale distributer for Condor, we can advertise and sell Condor products at the absolute lowest pricing allowed by the manufacturer. The TacGearStore.com website is owned and operated by Tac Gear Distributing, a subsidiary of Web2tech based in Ohio. Our hours of business are Monday - Friday, 10:00am - 5:00pm EST. We offer phone support for billing and website technical support ONLY. All other questions such as product info, order questions, order issues, etc, should use our support ticket system or send an email. Our staff monitors the incoming email constantly through out the day and will respond to your questions as quickly as possible.

    What is the quality of Condor tactical gear?
  • Most of our products are constructed with heavy duty 1000 Denier Nylon which uses a liquid base coating that lasts longer and will not crack under extreme heat. Only the larger items such as the rifle cases, drag bag & sniper drag mat use the 600 Denier material which is made with a rubber based coating. All Multicam products are made with genuine CRYE Precision fabric with 3 material types used: 1000 Denier CORDURA Nylon for pouches, bags, packs and vests, 500 Denier CORDURA Nylon for the Multicam QPC to reduce the weight & Nycro (Rip-Stop, 50/50 blend, polyester/cotton) used in the Multicam cap. The padding used in all products is closed cell foam.

    How do I know what is in stock or not?
  • Our website catalogs the current Condor products offered from the factory, not what is in stock and what is not. Since we ship direct from the factory, it is almost impossible to show stock levels & in stock colors. If you have a question about this products availability, please send us an email or support ticket. Otherwise we will notify you via email of any availability issues or ETAs once your order has been placed.

    Fraud Prevention
  • In an effort to prevent credit card fraud, our staff will review any order, at anytime to verify billing and shipping information. If at any time our staff flags an order as "high risk", the order can be subject to immediate cancellation and/or suspension. If your order has been suspended and flagged as high risk, please contact us immediately to verify the authenticity of the order and to proceed with shipment. You can either reply to the order update email you received or email support@tacgearstore.com direclty with your order number.

    How long does it take to receive a credit from an altered or cancelled order?
  • Credit card orders will only be authorized and not charged until they are pre-shipped. Cancelled order authorizations or charges, once voided may take 1-5 business days to show up electronically on the customer's account.

    Can customers call in or mail in an order?
  • No. We only accept orders via our internet website.

    What forms of payment will we take?
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or PayPal ONLY.

    Do customers have to pay sales tax when buying from our website?
  • Since our business office is located in Ohio. ONLY Ohio customers will be charged 6.50% sales tax. Customers from states other than Ohio are exempt.

    Why are our prices so much less than other retail stores?
  • We ship our products directly from the factory warehouse to our customers. Eliminating retail markups and keeping overhead expenses low.

    I placed my order and paid with PayPal but did not receive an order confirmation email.
  • When placing an order with PayPal, it is important to follow the return link from PayPal back to our website. If you dont return back, our system doesnt know if your payment is completed or not. 99% of the time we catch these "orphan orders" after receiving a PayPal payment and no order confirmation. We will then push the order thru manually a day or two later.

    What is the factory warranty on Condor products?
  • Condor Outdoor Products do not come with a time limited warranty. Should an item arrive defective from the factory, please contact us immediately and we will make every effort to arrange for a replacement as quickly as possible.

    Will we match competitor pricing?
  • Should you find another Condor authorized dealer's website that offers the EXACT same new-in-the-box Condor Outdoor brand product for less, we will match that price. Conditions: You must include the website address in the comments box when placing your order. DO NOT email us the website after completing the checkout process. Item must be available for purchase from competitors website at time of price comparison. Non Condor brand items do not qualify, ex: OE Tech (lesser quality Condor knock-off sold on Ebay). Prior purchases are excluded from this guarantee. The guarantee only covers the product pricing itself and NOT shipping and handling charges. The price match must come from an actual business website, authorized by Condor to sell their products. Ebay listings and closeout sales of outdated Condor products do not qualify.

    What is the best way to contact us?
  • Any questions should be emailed via our contact page. The phone number is for billing inquiries ONLY. Voice messages other than billing questions will not be returned.

    How long do orders take to process and ship after purchase?
  • All orders will be processed typically within 1 business day, Monday - Friday, 10:00am - 5:00pm. Orders placed on Holidays or weekends will be processed on the next available business day. Once an order has been processed and is in stock, the warehouse will typicall ship according to the following schedule: Next Day, 2nd Day & 3-Day Select Shipping orders will be shipped within 1 business day. Ground & Economy Shipping orders will be shipped within 2-4 business days, Monday-Friday. Please allow for additional processing time around the holidays.

    Do shipments come with insurance?
  • UPS comes with $100 of shipping insurance free, USPS does not come with any at all. Insurance can be purchased for an additional fee for either carrier. If a customer would like thier package insured, please ask for insurance in the Comments box during checkout.

    How does the Tac Gear Store handle payment and order processing?
  • All credit card orders are authorized once they have completed checkout on the website. Once we have received the order and sent it to the warehouse for processing the order will be assigned a "Processing" status. Once the warehouse confirms the order is in stock and ready to chip the order will then be assigned a "Pre-shipped" status and the credit card authorization will be charged. Once the order has been Shipped we will assign a "Shipped" status with tracking info. If we do not have an item in stock, color choice or size available, the customer will be notified via email with available options to alter the order and the order will be assigned a "Waiting Approval" status. Once we have received the order change, any applicable charge will be applied and the balance of the authorization voided. Orders cannot be altered or cancelled after being assigned a "Pre-Shipped" or "Shipped" status. In the event we do not hear back from you on a "Waiting Approval" order, your order will either be cancelled and voided or the out of stock items removed and the remaining items shipped as ordered. All back-orders are charged at time of the back-order being placed. In the event an order is cancelled/refunded, we can only issue a credit back to a credit card within 60 days from time of original purchase. Credits issued outside of the 60 day window will be issued in the form of a PayPal payment or an in-store credit at the customer's request.

    What does my card statement say the charge is from?
  • The charge from our website will say "TACGEAR" on your credit card statement (Tactical & Survival Gear).
