What happens if we ship the wrong item/color/size?
  • Mistakes happen on our part and we will make every effort to correct the issue as quickly as possible. Should an incorrect item/color/size be shipped and received, please let us know immediately and we will make arrangements to replace the item(s) as quickly as possible at no cost to the customer. If a mistake was made on behalf of the customer and not Tacgearstore.com, please refer to our Exchange Policy below.

    What is our return policy?
  • We will gladly accept a return of the product(s) you receive within 30 days of the order being shipped. If you have questions about a product and its quality and/or craftsmanship, please ask before ordering. There will be a 30% re-stocking fee will be charged and all shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. TacGearStore.com cannot refund previous shipping charges and applicable sales tax under any circumstances. Please contact us BEFORE making any returns within 30 days from from the shipping date to have a RMA number issued to your account. Any item return that is not in its original packaging, factory tags/stickers removed and/or has been used/worn or is outside of 30 days of the shipping date, will be refused by TacGearStore.com and no credit will be issued (no exceptions). ALL authorized returns MUST have the RMA number written clearly on the outside of the package to be accepted. Any package without an RMA on the box will be refused and sent back at the customers expense or may remain at the post office as an undeliverable package and no credit will be issued. *Bulk orders may not qualify for returns, please contact us for inquiries.
