ORDER PROCESSING: Our sales department is available for email questions and order processing Monday - Saturday 9:00am - 10:00pm EST, (email on Sundays). The warehouse only processes and delivers orders Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm PST. Any order received after 5:00pm PST on Friday will be processed by the warehouse on Monday after 9:00am PST. All departments are closed on holidays and will process all orders on the next business day. All credit card orders will be authorized for the amount of the order when placed and assigned a PROCESSING order status. After the warehouse has confirmed that the items are in stock, the credit card will then be charged and the order status will be updated to PRE-SHIPPED. Orders cannot be altered in any way after they have been PRE-SHIPPED and approved for delivery. Typically orders will ship within 1-3 business days after the PRE-SHIPPED status has been assigned. The customer will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number (if avail.) when SHIPPED.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Products ordered from TacGearStore.com are shipped from the California warehouse via UPS or USPS. Regardless of method of shipping, it generally takes 1-3 business days to process and package your order for shipment. (Example: UPS 2nd Day Air may actually take 3-5 business days to arrive) Once your order has left the warehouse, we cannot be held liable or accountable for lost or damaged shipments. If you package is lost or damaged, please contact the carrier. We will not provide credits or refunds for lost or damaged shipments. Cover yourself and request "SHIPPING INSURANCE" to be added to you order!
UPS SHIPPING: All shipped orders come with $100 of accidental insurance automatically. If you require your shipment to be insured for more than $100, please request so in the "comments" box on the shipping page during checkout, (insurance costs are in addition to your order). UPS TRANSIT TIMES: "GROUND" 1-6 business days, "3 DAY SELECT" 3 business days, & "2ND DAY AIR" 2 business days.USPS SHIPPING: USPS does NOT provide any accidental insurance standard. If you require your shipment to be insured for any dollar amount, please request so in the "comments" box on the shipping page during checkout, (insurance costs are in addition to you order). USPS TRANSIT TIMES: "PRIORITY MAIL" 2-3 business days.
SHIPPING CHARGES: Due to the fact that we sell our products for the absolute lowest price that the manufacturer will allow, we cannot absorb the cost of handling, packaging material, and other carrier fees. These fees are calculated into the shipping charge quoted at checkout, (a few dollars or so per order). We do understand that there are other companies that may charge less for shipping, but after looking at their pricing for the same items that we carry, we still offer our customers the best value. If you want to order in bulk quantity, we will work with you on the shipping costs.
INTERNATIONAL & APO/FPO ORDERS: Due to Customs Tax and fraudulant orders from other countries, we no longer ship outside of the United States. This includes shipping to an APO/FPO.
SALES TAX: Products purchased from TacGearStore.com are taxable ONLY to Ohio residents. Our sales office is located in Ohio, so any sales are taxed in that state. The warehouse & shipping center is located in Califonia and all shipping quotes are based from CA not OH.
LIABILITY: TacGearStore.com, its owners and operators, and any other individuals/companies affiliated with this website and its products cannot be held liable for improper use/abuse of products purchased from this website. TacGearStore.com is a direct distributor of Condor Outdoor Products, Inc. products and cannot be held liable for any defects or injuries caused by Condor Outdoor Products, Inc. products. Liability concerns should be addressed by Condor Outdoor Products, Inc. NOT by TacGearStore.com, the owners/operators, and its affiliates.
WARRANTY/RETURNS: Condor Outdoor Products do not come with a time limited warranty. Should an item arrive defective from the factory, please contact us immediately and we will make every effort to arrange for a replacement as quickly as possible. In an effort to avoid "consumer order abuse", (when someone orders an item with the intention of using it once and then returning it), there is a NO RETURN policy that is strictly enforced. If you have questions about a product and its quality and/or craftsmanship, please ask before ordering.
BEST PRICE GUARANTEE: Should you find another website that offers the EXACT same Condor Outdoor product for less, we will match that price. In order to qualify for this guarantee, you must include the website address in the comments box when placing your order. DO NOT email us the website after completing the checkout process. Prior purchases are excluded from this guarantee. The guarantee only covers the product pricing itself and NOT shipping and handling charges. The price match must come from an actual business website selling the identical product. Ebay listings and closeout sales of outdated Condor products do not qualify.

Once an order has been assigned a SHIPPED or CANCELLED status, our system automatically removes the customer credit card number, exp. date, & 3-4 digit security code within 24-72 hours.
